Risk management/Risk assessment types include:- Base line Risk assessment/ Broad-brush (BBRA), Standard Operating Procedure Risk Assessments in compliance with section 10 of CMSH Regulation, Workplace Risk Assessment and Control (WRAC), Bow-tie facilitation (BTA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA/JSA), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and the establishment of site project risk registers.
Lead investigator for ICAM external investigation to identify root causes of the event to prevent reoccurrence, providing learnings for implementation and incorporation into the SHMS.
Conducting Audits or gap analysis across multiple SHMS has enabled the design and the development of audit protocols to determine the management systems effectiveness. Audits are conducted to check compliance to legislation, Australian and/or International standards or both.
